The Florida Health Information Management Association Annual Convention will be held at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, July 14-17, 2008. We would like to extend an invitation to you to actively participate at the convention by exhibiting your product or service. In addition, we invite you to sponsor a FHIMA event during the convention as well as donating monies to be used to for scholarship recipients.

Expected Audience:

HIM professionals representing HIM management, Privacy and Security Officers, as well as coding and transcription professionals in all health care settings such as: hospitals, clinics, ambulatory care centers, extended care facilities,insurance companies, HMO’s, hospices, physician offices and government agencies will be attending this convention.


Attendance:

Approximately 400 attendees


Exhibit Hours:

Monday, July 14th Booth set up begins after 2:00 p.m.

Tuesday, July 15th Exhibit hall open from 9:30 a.m.-12 noon and 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Wednesday, July 16th 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. There will be a special Exhibitor Lunch with attendees

12:00 noon – 2:00 p.m. This is a dedicated exhibitor lunch with attendees with no educational sessions scheduled during this time.


Booth Specifics:

8’x10’ table equipped with 2 chairs, wastepaper basket, carpet and vendor sign with booth number.

Booth Pricing:

Booths reserved and payment postmarked by April 25, 20087 are $725 per booth. Booths reserved and payment postmarked after April 25, 2008 are $775 per booth. Exhibitors will receive 2 vendor lunch tickets for each booth space purchased for the Wednesday Exhibitor Lunch. In addition, each exhibitor will be eligible to purchase 2 convention registrations at half-price for either credentialed or non-credentialed registrants.

If you are interested in arranging a vendor sponsored evening activity, please contact me directly to discuss this option.

Please review the Letter of Agreement for booth space and sponsorship/donation opportunities. When selecting booth space,please refer to the  floor plan and designate your preferences by indication the booth number. Booths will be assigned on a first come, first served basis for Letters of Agreement accompanied by payment in full. Upon receipt of your signed Letter of Agreement and payment, you will receive a confirmation letter with your booth assignment(s).
