FHIMA’s NEW eFlip Regulatory Reference Guide

FHIMA’s NEW Regulatory Reference Guide eFlip Book is now for purchase and replaces the legacy Florida Medical Legal Guide to Healthcare Records in Florida .pdf file.

FHIMA’s decision to migrate to an online, eFlip subscription model, with quarterly updates, was at the request of subscribers who needed accurate, timely, updated information. It was determined that providing Subject Matter Experts for every chapter was in the best interest of the members/subscribers.

This valuable, new, interactive, online resource is updated quarterly (previously every two years updated), in real time, and provides current information regarding state and federal legislation, regulation, and professional best practices for all legal aspects of managing, maintaining, and releasing health information.

Why should I purchase the Regulatory Reference Guide?

  • An expert compilation of laws, regulations and best practices in managing health information in Florida.
  • A recognized and reliable source.
  • Subject Matter Experts reviewed.
  • Continually updated quarterly.
  • Easy to access and easy to use.
